I Have a Confession: The Truth Behind My Calm—and the Fire That Fuels My Mission
Most people know me as calm.
Grounded.
Intentional.
Holistic.
Aligned.
And yes, all of that is true.
I’ve built my salon- and now my coaching business- on a foundation of nervous system safety, clean beauty, and sustainable systems that don’t sacrifice soul. My space feels peaceful for a reason. I’ve spent years cultivating environments where clients and team members alike feel safe, seen, and supported.
But I have a confession.
That grounded energy you feel? It’s real. But it’s not the whole story.
Because underneath that calm lives a fire.
A deep, righteous fire that drives everything I do.
What You Don’t Always See
What you may not see on social media is the side of me that is absolutely done with the way the beauty industry has normalized toxicity- not just in our products, but in our systems, in our marketing, in our leadership models.
I’m deeply passionate (and yes, sometimes deeply frustrated) about how brilliant, hardworking salon owners are expected to tolerate endless product lines with no transparency, clients and teams pushing back when you try to raise the standard, burnout disguised as ambition, systems that keep us exhausted and disempowered, and the “hustle harder” mindset that leaves no room for rest, alignment, or actual growth.
And I care—fiercely—about the salon owners who are doing everything right on paper, but still feel like something is off.
Because deep down, they know:
This isn’t sustainable.
It’s not clean.
And it’s not enough anymore.
The Systems Are the Toxins Too
When we talk about “clean beauty,” we often stop at ingredients. And yes, ingredients matter. A lot.
But clean beauty is also about your leadership, your business model, your decision-making, your space, and your mindset.
It’s about:
How your salon feels when you walk in
How your team communicates
How your marketing lands with potential clients
How your pricing reflects your values
How your systems support your nervous system—not fry it
Because what good is a low-tox color line if your leadership structure is still running on burnout?
This isn’t just about surface-level swaps.
It’s about rethinking the entire ecosystem of your salon business so it supports the world you actually want to live in.
From Calm to Change Agent
Being holistic doesn’t mean being passive.
It means we lead from clarity.
From truth.
From deep alignment.
And sometimes, we lead from a place of fire.
Because we know we deserve better. Better for ourselves. Better for our teams. Better for our clients. Better for the industry. And better for the planet.
The old way isn’t working.
And just because it’s “normal” doesn’t mean it’s right.
You’re Already Successful. Now Let’s Align It
If you’re here reading this, chances are: you’re not new.
You’ve already built something beautiful.
You’ve got loyal clients.
A team that believes in what you do.
You’ve worked hard to create a salon that’s successful by traditional standards.
But deep down, you know you’re being called into a new kind of success.
A slower, more spacious, more sustainable version of business where you’re not constantly reinventing the wheel or second-guessing your choices.
Where your operations reflect your values.
Where you feel proud of every single product, policy, and piece of marketing you put into the world.
What Happens Inside the Holistic Salon Academy
I created the Holistic Salon Academy for salon owners who are ready to lead differently.
It’s not about starting over.
It’s about building on what you’ve already created while making it cleaner, smoother, more profitable, and more you.
Inside the Academy, we walk through:
✅ Leadership rhythms that support your team and reduce chaos
✅ Marketing strategy that aligns with your values and attracts the right clients
✅ Operational systems that free up your time instead of drain it
✅ Team onboarding, retention, and alignment techniques
✅ Clean beauty education beyond greenwashing
✅ Mindset shifts to support conscious, sustainable growth
And we do it all in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and scalable—whether you have 5 stylists or 25.
You Don’t Have to Choose Between Heart and Profit
This isn’t about doing business “softer.”
It’s about doing business better.
With systems that flow.
With energy that feels good.
With branding that speaks for itself.
With leadership that people trust.
And yes, with pricing and profitability that reflects the real value of what you offer.
Your Fire Is the Fuel
I see you.
The leader.
The visionary.
The salon owner who knows it’s time to step into something deeper.
The fire in your gut? That’s your leadership.
That’s your calling.
That’s your next level.
And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Ready to Build a Clean, Conscious, Profitable Salon?
You don’t need to play small anymore.
You don’t need to stay quiet.
And you don’t need to figure this out on your own.
